With this Glute/Leg workout plan, I have included my own tips and tricks to help you stay motivated and progressing towards your goals. Important information regarding nutrition and supplements to help you achieve maximum results are also included, along with specific supplement recommendations (purely recommendations, not paid advertising). The workout plan itself contains a foundational, three day, weekly workout schedule. For those who need to break the monotony, or for individuals who simply like to try different workouts, bonus workouts which can be swapped in and out for some of the foundational workouts. By following this workout schedule you can achieve the same results that I have, feel better, and feel confident.
